Dates for HVA rising 9th grades

Large Group Meetings with Parents of Rising 9th Graders
Calling all parents of rising 9th graders! On the night of March 3 we will provide information about the 2009-2010 school year and explain the course request procedure. The meeting will be in the HVA auditorium. After the meeting, parents will also sign up for a small group meeting to be held March 5-13.
NOTE Parents of private or home schooled students: you will also receive registration information this evening; please look for your registration table as you enter!
6:15 p.m. Meeting for parents of prospective Honors students (Knox County students will be notifies by their middle school if they have been recommended for Honors classes)
7:00 p.m. Meeting for parents of rising 9th graders

Small Group Meetings for Parents of rising 9th Graders
After the parent meeting March 3, parents of rising 9th graders will sign up for small group meetings. These meetings will occur March 5-13 during the day and evening so that all parents have a chance to attend and review the course request process for their students.
Do not call the school for these meetings; sign up at HVA on the evening of March 3rd during the large group meeting with parents of rising 9th graders.
