As a commercial real estate agent, folks often ask me when are we going to get a certain store or restaurant in Knoxville. Well, I just heard today that we may getting a little closer with Publix. In generally, if a store does not have any locations in TN, it is unlikely the first one will be in Knoxville. Nashville and Memphis are usually first.
