October 18 to 25 Fall Break
December 20 & 21 Final Examples

I could not find them on the FHS site and there is no information like that yet on the HVA site. I went to the calendar for Knox County schools and could only find the date for Wednesday, October 15. Several months ago I received an update to the Knox County calendar for next year stating the PSAT as October 18. I was quite upset because my daughter's Girl Scout troop is leaving on a cruise that day to celebrate their Gold Awards. I contacted Knox County and received another calendar update stating it would be October 15, after that I didn't think any more about it until today. I feel the test should be given at all schools on the same day. Since Knox County plans this fall break it would be a shame to schedule such an important test date, that is only offered once, at the begining of this break.

I am guessing they should be on the site because my source was a letter from the school. Do you any special dates for HVA?

Pamela, are these dates on the Farragut website? I ask because Knox County school calendar has the PSAT scheduled for Wednesday, October 15. I know that the sophmores at Karns took this test on a Wednesday last year. I think they refer to it as the PLAN test? But I am not sure when the Juniors took it for qualifying. It would be a shame for the test to be given the first day of fall break.
